Angel's Punishment

Broken wings and torn flesh
Is the price the fallen angels pay
As punishment for the moments
When from goodness they do stray

She fell to the floor, scars on her back
Feeling stone tearing her knee
For human form was she to have
An angel she no longer could be

She would remain flesh and bone
As a Fallen one down on Earth
Praying for salvation every night
For a chance after death of rebirth
