This image screams. That was the very first thing which came to my mind when I saw it. It does scream with pain, anguish; the pose of the model combined with dramatic and excellent use of shadows and lighting make it even more dramatic, even more powerful and impressive. Also the concept of fixing her hands to the wall and making her skin look white and cold almost like a stone is excellent and suits the general mood and idea of this one really well.
Maybe the only one thing which stands out a bit too much for me is her heart and the way you lighted it, a bit too much of white colour as for me... However it's just a minor and subjective issue, I bet :)
On the other hand, I love the way you created blood. Looks really realistically, especially the one on her cheeks!

Summing up, it's a good, strong work which I found inspiring and truly emotive. It expresses so well the idea of our 'inner demons', torments, suffering... I know I'll remember it for a long time.

I’ve only recently discovered your work, but I’m loving what I’ve seen so far. This one is one of one of those pictures that while extremely disturbing, is also stunningly beautiful, like I said in pervious comments you have huge creative talent and I can’t wait to see what you do next. Well done, this stuff is great.
